How to remove yourself from Skrapp

Site
skrapp.io
Category
B2B
Difficulty
Medium — there is no opt-out form, the current policy text cannot be read, and the help centre blocks fetches, so the path is an email to support@skrapp.io citing the GDPR articles the (archived) policy itself names
Time to processnot published

What they publish

A stored database, not purely on-demand lookups — the live home page says "The database includes 200M+ B2B contacts and 40M+ company profiles", that it "provides company firmographics such as industry, size, location, and revenue, as well as individual profile data like job title, seniority, and department", and that "the database is refreshed daily". The live Data Policy page (last modified January 1, 2024) never renders its body — it shows "Loading..." permanently, in a headless fetch, in a real Chrome session and in the 2025 and 2026 Wayback captures — so the current policy's own description of non-customer data could not be read . The only readable version is the May 2, 2018 policy in a 2022 archive capture, which describes account and billing data only and says "Skrapp.io ... transforms public data into an advanced prospecting email tool"

Owner / network: Skrapp PTE. LTD (footer of the 2025 archived site: "Skrapp Private Limited"), 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Centre, Singapore 068914 — a Singapore operator, not EU, although its policy adopts GDPR "to our entire Website"

Removing yourself, step by step

0 of 4 done
  1. Email support@skrapp.io with the subject "GDPR Article 17 erasure and Article 21 objection request" (the policy cites Articles 15–17 and 21 of the GDPR for access, correction, deletion and objection)
  2. Give the full name, employer and work email address that would appear in their contact database, and ask for confirmation of erasure and that you are placed on their objection list
  3. If you are outside the EU/UK, cite Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act instead and make the same request; the home page states "Users can request data deletion at any time"
  4. If there is no reply, write to Skrapp PTE. LTD, 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Centre, Singapore 068914

Tap a step to tick it off. Progress is saved in this browser only.

How they confirm it

not published — the 2018 policy only says rights are exercised "through an online access to your file. You can also contact us at e-mail address: support@skrapp.io"

If they ignore you

Personal Data Protection Commission, Singapore (operator is a Singapore company); EU/UK residents can file a GDPR Art. 77 complaint with their own DPA, since Skrapp's policy applies GDPR to all users

Data brokers re-list. Check again in about 60 days.

Re-listing risk for this site: Medium — the home page says "the database is refreshed daily", but the 2018 policy does keep an objection record: "Information to take into account your right of objection is kept for at least three (3) years from the exercise of the right of objection"

Use Skrapp's opt-out page (skrapp.io/privacy). Or email their privacy address, support@skrapp.io. The guide above lists 4 steps, and this page writes the removal request for you to send from your own email.
