How to remove yourself from AeroLeads

Site
aeroleads.com
Category
B2B
Difficulty
Medium — the "Request Data Removal" button on the GDPR page posts to /users/tickets/new, which redirects to the AeroLeads login page, so a non-customer has to fall back to the contact form or email
Time to processnot published

What they publish

B2B contact records. The privacy policy only describes site-user data ("name, email address, mailing address, phone number"); the site footer says it finds "verified B2B email addresses, phone numbers, company data, and decision-makers", and the GDPR page says prospect data may be "collected through public platforms or our business partners". The exact fields held on a prospect are not published

Owner / network: AeroLeads, Inc. — the privacy page lists "1043, Garland Ave Unit C #839, San Jose CA 95126-3159, United States" and "#523, Koramangala IV Block Bangalore, Karnataka, 560034 India"

Removing yourself, step by step

0 of 5 done
  1. Go to https://aeroleads.com/gdpr and read the "Right of Erasure" paragraph
  2. If you have an AeroLeads account, click "Request Data Removal" (it opens a support ticket behind login)
  3. Otherwise use the "Privacy Team" link, which goes to https://aeroleads.com/contact, and ask for erasure under the GDPR page's "Right of Erasure", giving your name, email address and any other identifying details
  4. Or email hello@aeroleads.com — the only address the privacy policy publishes — with the same request
  5. Because the page warns data "may be reintroduced", re-check and re-file periodically

Tap a step to tick it off. Progress is saved in this browser only.

How they confirm it

not specified — the GDPR page says erasure requests are made "by contacting our Privacy Team with your relevant details" and never defines the details

If they ignore you

California Attorney General (US address is in San Jose, CA; not a CA registrant, so no CPPA route); GDPR complaint to "the applicable data protection authority" named generically on their GDPR page, which, for an EU resident, is their home DPA

Data brokers re-list. Check again in about 60 days.

Re-listing risk for this site: High — the GDPR page states "If your information is fully deleted from the Aeroleads Database, it may be obtained again in the future, if it is collected through public platforms or our business partners ... your contact information may be reintroduced into the Aeroleads Database", and recommends you "periodically check your profile"
