Removing yourself, step by step

   Enter first/last name and city-state; complete CAPTCHA; Search

   Find your record; click "Delete Record"

   Enter name and masked email; CAPTCHA; submit

   Click the link in the verification email

   Await the approval notification; re-search after 7 days
