   Open https://idm.us.com/do-not-sell-my-personal-information/ and submit the do-not-sell/deletion form with name, address, email, phone.

   Also email privacy@idm.us.com requesting deletion + permanent suppression under CCPA/your state law.

   Keep a copy; follow up in 45 days.
