Removing yourself, step by step

   Go to https://www.fmadata.com/ and scroll to the footer; click "Opt Out".

   Fill in the requested personal info (name, address, email).

   Answer "No" to the authorized-agent question (if self-submitting).

4. 04

   Complete the CAPTCHA and submit; keep the on-screen confirmation.

5. 05

   California residents: optionally follow with a CCPA deletion email referencing their CA data-broker registration.
