Removing yourself, step by step

   Open https://www.flarrests.org/request-portal (requires JavaScript).

2. 02

   Choose request type: Access, Delete, Correct, or Opt-out of sale.

   Enter first/last name, email (with confirmation field), and full mailing address.

   Confirm subject/authorized-agent status and submit.
