Find the profile URL on doximity.com.

Email support@doximity.com (or mail: Doximity, ATTN: Privacy Policy, 500 3rd St. Suite 510, San Francisco, CA 94107) requesting removal of the non-member public profile, quoting the policy line: "If you do not want your Doximity profile to be publicly viewable or to become a Doximity member, you may request that we remove your public profile."
