How to remove yourself from Comscore
No public profiles. Holds behavioral/measurement data: cookie/device IDs from ScorecardResearch beacons across the web, panelist browsing data, survey/panel PII, demographic segments sold for ad measurement
Owner / network: Comscore, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCOR); operates ScorecardResearch and VoiceFive tags/panels
Removing yourself, step by step
- 01
Go to https://www.comscore.com/About/Privacy/Data-Subject-Rights.
- 02
For web-tracking data: use the Tagging form (ScorecardResearch/VoiceFive) — this is cookie/device-scoped; do it per browser/device.
- 03
For panel, survey, or HR data: use the Combined (Panel and Other Data) form with deletion request.
- 04
Complete identity verification as prompted.
- 05
Anything not covered: email DSR@comscore.com.
- 06
Set the ScorecardResearch opt-out cookie and re-apply after clearing cookies.
Data brokers re-list. Check again in 30–60 days.
Re-listing risk for this site: High for tag data — new cookies/devices re-accumulate immediately; cookie opt-outs die when cookies are cleared. Panel data deletion is durable.
