Removing yourself, step by step

   Email privacy@clay.com requesting deletion under CCPA (if CA resident) or GDPR (if EU/UK), specifying you are a data subject and not a Clay account holder.

   Provide your name, email, and any known employer to help locate the enriched profile.

3. 03

   Note the policy's retention exception ("we may retain some information ... to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations") and ask explicitly what, if anything, will be retained.
