Click "CONTINUE" next to your record.

Fill the removal form (email, full name, address, phone) — use a masked/disposable email.

Click the confirmation link in the verification email.

Re-search after a few days; repeat for other name variants/records.
Data brokers re-list. Check again in 30–60 days.
