Removing yourself, step by step

   Go to beenverified.com/app/optout/search and search your first/last name + state.

2. 02

   Identify the record(s) matching you (check age, city, relatives).

3. 03

   Click "Proceed to Opt Out" on the matching record; each additional record needs its own request.

   Enter your email address and submit.

5. 05

   Click the confirmation link in the verification email (arrives within ~5 min; expires in 48h).

6. 06

   Re-check BeenVerified and sibling sites (PeopleLooker etc.) after ~1 week.
