How to remove yourself from ASL marketing
Consumer marketing data used for direct-mail and digital list rentals (name, address, demographic/purchase-inferred data typical of list brokers).
Owner / network: ASL Marketing — registered data broker with the California Attorney General's data broker registry
Removing yourself, step by step
- 01
Go to https://aslmarketing.com/opt-out/.
- 02
Complete the opt-out form (name/contact identifiers as requested).
- 03
Note the page also links to DAA (optout.aboutads.info) and NAI (optout.networkadvertising.org) for cookie-based ad opt-outs — ASL states it does not operate those sites, so complete them separately if relevant.
- 04
Retain a copy/screenshot of your submission for your records.
Data brokers re-list. Check again in 30–60 days.
Re-listing risk for this site: Moderate — suppression files prevent re-adding the same identifiers, but new list acquisitions from other sources could reintroduce a partial match.
