- Fill in first name, last name, email, and full address (city, state, ZIP).
- Select the request type(s) you want (opt-out of sale, deletion, etc.), complete the CAPTCHA, and submit.
- Download or request the emailed confirmation for your records.
- Alternatively, email privacy.compliance@accudata.com or call (888) 970-7248.
