Removing yourself, step by step
0 of 5 done- Open https://wiza.co/optout-contact-info and submit your email address and (recommended) your LinkedIn profile URL; this "Request[s] removal of your personal contact data (such as name, email address, phone number) from Wiza's records" and stops sale to third parties.
- Separately open https://wiza.co/optout-directory (footer link "Opt out") and request removal of your public Directory profile — the first form does not do this.
- Allow up to 30 days for the contact-data request and up to 72 hours for the directory removal; keep both confirmations.
- If still listed, email optout@wiza.com (the DPO address in the privacy notice) or hello@wiza.com (help centre) referencing both requests; a refused request can be appealed by "emailing us at optout@wiza.com".
- If a cached directory page remains in Google after Wiza removes it, use Google's "Remove Outdated Content" tool, as the help article directs.
