Submit the data freeze form online, or call 1-800-367-2884, or email the signed form to TWNFreeze@equifax.com.

Store the freeze confirmation; plan temporary lifts before loan/employment checks.

Dispute inaccurate salary/employer records via the same consumer line.

Optionally ask your employer's HR to stop furnishing (rarely honored).
Data brokers re-list. Check again in 30–60 days.
