What they publish

Property records ("150M+ proprietary property records" per home page) with property ownership and contact information, licensed to professional users, affiliates and white-label partners; also homeowner data that platform users input themselves (policy calls this User Collected Personal Information)

Owner / network: Realeflow, LLC (150 Pearl Road, Brunswick, OH 44212); CA registry lists www.realeflow.com and www.leadflow.com under the same registrant; the platform is white-labelled to brokerages, educators and other real-estate businesses

Removing yourself, step by step

  2. Enter name, street address, city, state, ZIP and phone; add an email to receive a confirmation
  3. Complete the CAPTCHA and submit

How they confirm it

Policy: name, mailing address and email address for a verifiable request; they will contact you if more is needed. Form asks first/last name, street address, city, state, ZIP, phone, request type; email is optional for opt-out requests. Authorized agents must email a signed authorization to privacy@realeflow.com

If they ignore you

California registrant — complaint to the CPPA (CCPA / Delete Act); California residents can also use the CPPA's DROP deletion mechanism. The policy says Realeflow is also registered in Oregon, Texas and Vermont — those state AGs for residents there

Data brokers re-list. Check again in about 60 days.

Re-listing risk for this site: High — the policy states that data sourced from third-party providers or public records "may re-enter our system" after deletion, via upstream providers such as public records and data resellers; it also states Realeflow cannot honor individual requests about data its users input themselves
