Removing yourself, step by step

   Go to https://www.adapt.io/check-my-email and enter your work email to see if a profile exists.

2. 02

   Follow the on-page flow to request removal/opt-out of that record (email confirmation).

   Repeat for every work email address (past employers included).

   Fallback/parallel: email support@adapt.io (per Optery) requesting deletion under CCPA/GDPR.
